How it works

Five engineering steps from site-specific planning to your first swim. Below, essential details on groundworks and mechanical infrastructure.

Construction & installation process

  1. 1

    Site-specific survey & planning

We review site elevations, soil conditions, plant room placement and equipment access on site or from your architectural plans.

  2. 2

    System selection & proposal

Based on your usage, we specify prefabricated liner, fiberglass, concrete or enclosure systems along with the mechanical package.

  3. 3

    Excavation & base slab

We engineer and complete the excavation, drainage and levelled concrete base slab required for your chosen system.

  4. 4

    Shell assembly & liner/gelcoat

Prefabricated and fiberglass shells are assembled in 1 day; concrete pools undergo wall casting and liner or tile finishing.

  5. 5

    Mechanical hook-up, filling & handover

We commission the sand filter, pump, lighting and optional heating/enclosure system, complete with water balance training.

What to know before you decide

Site-specific survey and planning

Every plot and usage scenario is unique. Rather than forcing a generic package, we evaluate ground slope, water table, sun orientation and heating requirements to recommend the right pool system.

During our site-specific survey and planning stage we work out ground elevations, soil conditions and mechanical plumbing details together.

Excavation, base slab and crane access
Prefabricated and concrete pools require a level, structural base slab. For one-piece fiberglass pools, we verify crane reach and road access during the planning stage.
Filtration, electrical and water plumbing
Crystal-clear water depends on a properly sized sand filter, circulation pump and skimmer/overflow circuit. We connect fresh water supply, backwash discharge and protected electrical feeds to the plant room.
Heated pools and four-season use
In heat-pump heated pools, a flexible liner membrane eliminates grout cracking risks. Pairing the pool with an enclosure cuts heat loss by up to 50% for winter swimming.
